The SCHE Forum is provided as a service local home school families. In an effort to protect the integrity of this forum, though, forum membership (but not necessarily SCHE membership) is required before permission is granted to view some content or post anything on the forum.

One entire section of this forum, including the SCHE Newsletter, is hidden to the general public; however, it is viewable to all registered Forum users via their login and password. The reason for this is to protect personal information.

Forum Registration Instructions

Please be sure to follow step 6 below to make sure your account will be activated.

Here are instructions for signing up to use the SCHE Forum:

1. Click here to enter the SCHE Forum.

2. Near the top you will see several link options. Click on "Register."

3. Next you will see a few paragraphs explaining the SCHE Forum. Read it (if you want) and click on the appropriate "I Agree..." link at the bottom.

4. You will be taken to a form where you can enter your information. The ONLY things you have to give us are the top five items: your username, email address, password (entered twice for accuracy), and real name. You will then have to type SCHE in a box to demonstrate that you are a real person and not an automated system trying to put trash (spam) on the Forum. All the other information on this form is completely optional.

Note: We suggest you carefully choose your username (this is what everyone who reads the forum will see). You may or may not want everyone to know your real name, and you probably don't want to use your full name in such a public place.

5. Click the "Submit" button at the bottom of the page.

6. NOW you're done! An SCHE Forum Administrator will try to activate your account within 1 day and you may begin using the SCHE Forum. We look forward to your contributions!
